These draft terms describe the proposed Navak Digital Connect service operated by Navak Digital LLP. Contact contact@navakdigital.com. The operator must approve the legal terms, effective date and customer agreement before production use.

The service

Authorized business users connect WhatsApp Business Accounts through Meta Embedded Signup, inspect supported templates, request template messages and view delivery and reply metadata. Available functions depend on Meta permissions, account eligibility, template approval and the connected number’s state. Navak does not guarantee Meta approval, message delivery or uninterrupted availability.

Your responsibilities

You must be authorized to act for your business and connect its assets. Protect your account, use accurate information, obtain required recipient permissions, respect opt-outs and comply with applicable law and Meta/WhatsApp policies. Do not use the service for spam, fraud or unauthorized access, or submit credentials or assets you are not entitled to use.

Customer data and permissions

Your business retains ownership of its assets and remains responsible for its communications. You authorize processing necessary to provide the features you request. Our privacy policy describes information handling. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership to Navak.

Charges and third-party services

Meta and infrastructure providers may charge for their services. Sending a message may incur Meta charges. Any Navak subscription, price, payment arrangement or service level must be agreed separately; this portal does not establish or collect a subscription payment.

Disconnection and assistance

You may remove a saved connection in the portal and revoke Meta authorization separately. Contact support about account access, misuse or service issues. Disconnection and data deletion have different effects; see deletion instructions.

Legal review before publication

Navak must finalize the effective date, registered office, contracting authority, suspension and termination process, fees if any, warranties, liability, dispute process, governing law and any required customer data-processing agreement. These unresolved provisions must be reviewed rather than inferred from this technical implementation.
